Returns & Refunds

Need To Make A Return??

We hope that you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we make returns as easy as possible! 
Return Eligibility Requirements
Nearly all items are eligible for a return. Exceptions and rules are as follows: 
  • Items must be returned to May Lillie Boutique unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, deodorant, and/or make-up damage. 

  • Original tags must be attached and intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you the best we can. 

  • Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoe box. The shoe box must be placed into another box or mailer bag to avoid any shipping damage. 

    • Any pair of shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box are subject to a restocking fee. This fee will be dependent upon the original price of the shoes. In addition to the restocking fee, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ​

  • "Final Sale" items will not be accepted for return. Such items meet one of the following: 

    • Intimates, Jewelry, and Other Accessories​

    • Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale 

    • Gift Cards

Return Instructions

  • Exchanges

    • We are a small business with limited​ inventory, we cannot provide exchanges or holds on items. If an exchange is desired, we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s) for a refund or store credit. 

  • Refunds

    • Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date. ​

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of shipping withheld from their refund. 

    • Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment. If an order is placed using a gift card to pay partially or fully, please note that the refund will be applied to the gift card first. 

  • Store Credit

    • Must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date. ​

    • If using a label provided through our return portal, shipping is free (U.S. customers only). Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Return Options

    • Customers may send back the return themselves, using whichever shipping method you prefer to the address provided ~or~​

    • Email your return request to Please include your order number and the items you wish to return. 

  • Mailing Returns

    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse. ​

    • Please provide either the original receipt of include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be notified via email when the processing is complete. ​

    • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee which is dependent upon the original purchase price of the item. ​

  • Ineligible Item(s) Returned

    • Returns postmarked after 30 days from the original order date are subject to a restocking fee unless these items are able to be resold. The restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase ​price or $5 per item (whichever is greater).

    • Ineligible returns (including returns that are postmarked after 30 days of order date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

    • We will make every effort to contact you and during this time, we will hold ineligible item(s) up to 48 hours from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within those 48 hours, we will process the return with the applicable restocking fee withheld, if eligible, or donate the return to charity.
