Q: How long does is take to ship my order?
A: All orders placed before noon will be shipped out the same day (exceptions for holidays or inclement weather)
Q: Why should I sign up for Emails?
A: Don't worry-we won't send you 10 emails a day! We use our emails to showcase new arrivals and/or collections that are dropping soon. Since we are a small boutique, we have limited quantities in each size. We like to give you a heads up on new products to ensure that you can order your size while it's still available.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?
A: Once the order has been placed, unfortunately no changes can be made. If you catch your mistake in time, you can email us at info@maylillie.com or DM us on social media. If we see the message before we process the order, we will be happy to make the changes if possible.
Q: Why is the sale item that I had in my shopping cart yesterday no longer on sale today?
A: We typically run sales for a very limited time. If you want an item that is on sale, we suggest to purchase it IMMEDIATELY. There are few sales that we run for longer than 48 hours.
Q: I purchased a sale item, but it did not work out. Can I return/exchange it?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. When purchasing these products, please be sure to view the size chart (if available) or review the model stats so that you can ensure the product will fit. If you receive the product and it is damaged, let us know via email: info@maylillie.com
Q: What are some garment care tips for my new clothing purchase?
A: Please be sure to read the care instructions on the tag of the product you have ordered before washing/drying. We are NOT responsible for the clothing after it has been worn.
